How it works

An invoice is a request for payment for work you have already delivered. It should state who is billing whom, a unique number, the date, what was supplied, the amount due and when it must be paid.

Why do I need an account to download?
So your documents are saved safely, invoice numbers stay in order, and you can find them again on any device. Sign-in takes a few seconds with Google or a one-time code by email — no password.
Is a PDF invoice legally valid?
In most countries yes, if it contains the required details. Some countries now require structured e-invoices for business-to-business sales (for example Italy, Belgium, Poland, and progressively France, Germany and Spain). See the table above and check your local rules.
Can I use any currency?
Yes. Pick from 40+ currencies and amounts are formatted the way your language expects.
Who can see my documents?
Only you. Documents are stored encrypted at rest on Cloudflare and are never shared or sold. You can delete any document, or your whole account, at any time.
