Refund policy

If you are not happy with Pro, email hello@billyra.com within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full. Renewals can be refunded within 7 days if you have not created documents since the renewal. After cancelling you keep Pro until the end of the paid period and will not be charged again.

Refunds are issued by Dodo Payments or Razorpay to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
