Privacy policy

This policy explains what Billyra (“we”) collects and why. Last updated 2026-09-28.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google, Apple or Microsoft.
• Documents: the invoices, quotes and receipts you save, and your sender details and logo, so you can reopen them on any device.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type for security and rate-limiting, kept for a short time.

Before you sign in, what you type stays in your browser only.

How we use it

Only to run the service: sign you in, save your documents, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse and answer support requests. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use your documents for advertising or to train AI models.

Service providers

• Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection)
• Resend (sending sign-in codes)
• Google, Apple, Microsoft (only if you choose to sign in with them)
• Dodo Payments (Pro payments outside India, as merchant of record) and Razorpay (Pro payments in India)
• Google AdSense (ads for free users)

Advertising and cookies

We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. Free users see ads from Google AdSense; Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can manage this in Google Ad Settings and read how Google uses data. Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent first.

Your rights

You can download or delete any document, and delete your whole account from “My documents”. Deleting your account permanently removes your documents. You can also contact us to access or correct your data (GDPR, UK GDPR, India DPDP Act, LGPD, CCPA).
