SIP Calculator
Calculate the mathematical maturity value of regular monthly investments under compound growth. Expected return rates are illustrative assumptions and do not constitute investment advice.
How it works
Maturity amount = P × [((1 + i)^n − 1) ÷ i] × (1 + i), where P is monthly deposit, i is monthly rate (annual rate ÷ 12 ÷ 100), and n is total months. Investing 1,000 monthly at an assumed 12% annual rate for 1 year (12 months) totals 12,000 invested with an estimated maturity value of 12,809.33.
Questions
Does this calculator provide investment advice or guarantee returns?
No. This tool performs pure arithmetic based on hypothetical rates you input. The rate is strictly an assumption and does not represent guaranteed future performance.
How does compounding frequency work in a monthly SIP?
The standard systematic formula compounds returns at the end of each monthly payment cycle as each installment earns returns over its remaining duration.
Are taxes or expense ratios deducted from the result?
No. The calculation shows gross mathematical growth without factoring in fund management fees, entry/exit loads, inflation, or capital gains taxes.
Results are estimates for planning. They are not tax, legal or financial advice.
